Totally unreliable
When you pay this amount of money you expect a great cup of coffee and that is what you get with this machine. However, this can only happen if the machine works properly. I am currently without my Gaggia Platinum Vision for the second time since buying it only 3 months ago. The guys at Gaggia have seen almost of much of it as I have. I cannot recommend anyone buys this machine unless you want unreliability and the hassle of having to regularly box it up and hang around all day waiting for it to be collected to go back to Gaggia. I’d never buy Gaggia again.
